We provide you with all the training required to run a successful business and help you recruit the right Nursery Manager. We then support the Manager to run the nursery operationally to our standard, train your team and deliver the required outcomes for the children in your care.

There are THREE different financial models in our white label packages, offering different levels of support from one to five years depending on your choice. Each package has staggered payment terms to enable short and long term financial sustainability for your company. Bronze package – 50K – payable in 2 (25k) instalments over 2 years Silver package – 75k – payable in 4 (3x20k and 1x15k) instalments over 3 years Gold package – 100k – payable in 39 (3x 15k and 36 x £1500 pm) instalments over 5 years

The White Label Model is completely different to the traditional franchise model where you would pay 30k upfront PLUS a continuing monthly management service fee (MSF) calculated at 8% of turnover. With a White Label Model there are no ongoing costs so all your turnover is yours to keep. You are creating your own brand and not franchising an established brand.

Profitability depends on a number of factors including your ability to attract parents, speed of fill, your chosen area, managing your business finances efficiently and controlling costs. We will happily discuss this in further detail at the meeting stage but our owners can expect to make profits in excess of £150,000 p.a.

On average it takes up to 12 months, dependant on site finding and planning approval.

Yes, we will help you analyse the demographics of available sites in your local market and evaluate them in terms of price, location, access and planning. We also offer a full set of building plans and specifications to adapt to your site and will assist you in all phases of set up.

We will provide you with a comprehensive itinerary of toys, resources and equipment along with a list of suppliers with whom you will receive discounted rates. If you are an international Nursery, we can purchase all the toys and resources for you from the UK and arrange container shipping on your behalf.
