This package is designed for new owners looking to open a nursery but who have little or no Early Years educational knowledge.  Our usual clients for this package are, parents themselves, entrepreneurs, business owners and  property owners who have always wanted to own a nursery but have no idea how to start the process or how to tackle the legislation involved in particular the continual professional development of the staff team to ensure they remain, loyal, progressive and proactive withing the Company.

 

We aim to deliver the silver package for you within 24 months and then hand over to you the owner, one year after the day of official opening.  After 12 months trading we will have trained and supported your business, recruited your team, trained them and supported them, knowing you have an established and trading successful business, achieving the business goals set together, well prepared for your first Ofsted inspection.
